Sussex chefs from Michelin restaurant named among UK's top young culinary talents

Lesley Serrao and Jamie Angel, of Gravetye Manor near East Grinstead, have been selected as two of just 10 UK finalists in the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition 2026-27.
